   OKAY  IT'S TIME TO TALK FASHION  FOR MEN

                         Men won't always admit that they would like a little pampering themselves.

Father's Day is a great time to introduce him to a new cologne,

      new hair style or add some  Bling to his wardrobe. You'll know he's loving it by the gleem in his eye or the way he observes himself in the mirror     {when he thinks you're not looking of course )

             Time to weed out a few items  from "his pile of favorites" and replace them with a few more updated styles.

        Dressing for success means putting a little more thought into     the imageyou portray to others. Anyone can just get by, but putting

a little  thought  into your style can go a long way!  Purples and    Pinks are so in  now and men look fabulous wearing it with such confidence.

              Men who carry themselves with confidence and not arrogance is a sure way to get the attention of those around him. A new piece of jewelry or change in hairstyle can make a big difference in how others perceive you. Color and contrast can bring a brighter look

when you start feeling drab or things are just getting too boring. Don't be afraid to add gloss

             or a touch of color to your hair to brighten up your features.

Gemstone Bolo Tie Slides ~ Stone Variety and Custom Cut Designs

Today I decided to post about bola or also known as bolo tie slides.

There are many varieties available. I learned this very quickly when I started

creating jewelry. I am going to share my knowledge of our gemstone bolo ties.

  I will have photos of actual pieces we   custom cut. This will help you understand the vast possibilities of colors ,styles, cuts and different types of gemstones.    (Picture above is our Texas Plume Moss Agate Slide)

 
 

 I have to warn you, I am not the best at perfect sentences etc... I love to write and create and sometimes ideas and thoughts go faster than expected :) I get so interested in sharing thoughts and ideas that the formality of writing tends to break my train of thought. If you can look beyond this or it doesn't bother you then we're in great shape to have a Blogging good time :)

OKAY OKAY ENOUGH OF THAT ALREADY!

Let's take a look at bolo slides in purple: amethyst, plume moss jasper, dendritic.. lavender different rocks and patterns of purples and amethyst.Each one creates a unique piece of art or jewelry.

This happens when you use different amethyst rocks. Amethyst with inclusions and layers of mixed minerals, your specific cuts of slabs. The angle or direction you cut your rock and thickness of your slab also contributes how your jewelry
or art will look when finished going through the lapidary process.

I really like the rich golds and pinks with this Fairy Collector Piece. This fairy piece is created on a large natural crystal. Positioned to show the nice point and clarity of this gemstone. It creates n atmosphere of very soft innocence with richness that surrounds it's beauty.

This same piece set upon an Amethyst Crystal cluster shows claritybrightness bringing out the lavender hues that accent the crystal clusters. The single large crystal with Fairy Pendant is Bold Bright yet Delicate in it's own way!

I used a white and pink background for my Fairy Designer Collector Piece here. Changing the scenic look and feel than the one created above with the rich gold ribbons, threads and a few pink hearts. Here she is surrounded by a bed of roses
on white crystal geode as she is delicately portrayed surrounded in serenity.





I love designing jewelry with fairy items on crystals,gemstones and more. I have sold some of my collector pieces. Others I have not yet parted with. To me it leaves so much to work with.
Each piece seems to come alive when it is completed. Just a slight movement in a created piece can change everything. The crystals and fairies combined with placement hues and accent can bring out the natural beauty in both. I do not like to take away from a design or beauty within a gemstone, only enhance.
